Adding New Topics

Don't see a topic you need?  It's easy to add your own!  Every AAC user has different interests and conversation topics that are important and unique to them. It is simple to add Topics that are motivating and unique to the AAC user. The Topic page provides several “Your Topic” buttons that are ready to be customized.

To add a new Topic…

• Select the Topics in the Toolbar to get to the Topics page.

• Select the Edit button.
• Select one of the “Your Topic” buttons.

• Change the label of the button.
• Double tap or double click on your newly labeled topic button.
• Select a blank button and add whatever symbol, label, and message you’d like related to the topic.
• Repeat until you have added your desired messages.

Now you are free to add your own messages related to the Topic and get started communicating using your new Topic!
