Why Is Communicator 5 No Longer Showing Any Acapela Voices Present?

Either upon initial receipt and use of the device - or - after a period of time after the Acapela voices were there and are now no longer preset. To restore the Acapela voices, please do the following:

  1. Exit Communicator 5 completely.
  2. From the Windows Start Menu, select the Windows Settings Gear.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. Select US English Voices for Tobii Communicator.
  5. Select Modify.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Select Repair.
  8. Select Next.
  9. Select Install.
  10. Select Finish.
  11. Launch Communicator 5.
  12. Check for the presence of the Acapela voices as per normal.
